Welcome to The Ocultt Tarot ("we," "us," "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theocultttarot.com (the "Site") and any booking of Tarot Reading, Numerology, Energy Healing, Spellwork/Spiritual Ritual, or Spiritual Coaching services ("Services") offered by us.

By accessing the Site or booking a Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to book any Service. By booking, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Nature of Services

The Ocultt Tarot provides tarot reading, numerology, energy healing, spellwork, and spiritual coaching services for the purposes of guidance, self-reflection, and personal growth. These Services are:

• Not scientifically or medically verified
• Not a substitute for professional medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice
• Intended for entertainment and personal insight purposes, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed

You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information received through our Services. We strongly encourage consulting qualified professionals (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors, licensed therapists) for matters requiring their expertise.

If you are experiencing a medical, psychological, or safety crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services. Our Services are not designed or intended to address crisis situations.

3. Bookings & Payment

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are payable at the time of booking.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank details.
• A booking is confirmed only once payment has been successfully completed and you receive a confirmation email.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds

All bookings are final upon payment confirmation. Our policy is as follows:

Cancellation or Rescheduling by You

• Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or rescheduled. Please review your selected date, time, and Service details carefully before completing payment.
• No refunds are issued for change-of-mind cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to attend at the scheduled time.

Cancellation or Non-Delivery by Us

• If we are unable to deliver your session or report (e.g., practitioner unavailability, technical failure on our end, non-delivery within the stated timeframe), you are entitled to a full refund or a free rescheduled session, at your choice.

Deficient Service

• If you believe a Service was not delivered as described (e.g., non-delivery of a paid audio reading or numerology report), contact us within 7 days of the scheduled delivery date. We will review the matter in good faith and, where warranted, offer a resolution consistent with applicable consumer protection law.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or equivalent consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Spellwork & Ritual Services — Additional Terms

• No spell, ritual, or energy work can guarantee a specific outcome. Results depend on energetic alignment, free will, timing, and circumstances beyond our control.
• We do not perform Black Magic Removal or spells related to severe health conditions.
• By submitting a spell or ritual request, you confirm the work is intended for your highest good and the highest good of all involved, and you consent to the ritual being performed on your behalf.
• Spellwork is generally performed within 24-48 Hours of confirmation. Manifestation timelines (typically 5–60 days) are estimates, not guarantees.

6. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree that you will:

• Provide accurate, current information when booking
• Use the Services for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only (unless otherwise agreed)
• Not attempt to resell, redistribute, or misrepresent readings, reports, or ritual outcomes as professional medical, legal, or financial advice

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, the tarot deck imagery, reports, and recorded readings — is the property of The Ocultt Tarot and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of any reading, report, or ritual.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Ocultt Tarot and Akanksha Choudhary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Decisions made based on a reading, report, or ritual
• Outcomes (or lack thereof) resulting from Services provided
• Interruptions, delays, or technical issues affecting Service delivery

Our total liability for any claim arising from a booked Service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific Service.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us as confidential and will not disclose the content of your questions, sessions, or requests to third parties, except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
